If you weren’t at the meeting yesterday, we will be meeting in the Wooten Hall parking lot at 11am on Saturday morning. There you will receive your ticket and car pool arrangements. Reminder: please bring $5 if you are not driving to give to your driver for gas money. Parking at SixFlags is $15.

Learn About Korea: Hangul Day (한글날) and King Sejong (세종대왕)

Last week on October 9th was Hangul Day, or 한글날, in South Korea which is the celebration of the Korean writing system. So we decided to throw a birthday party in honor of it. We had party hats with Hangul characters and cake. One of our officers, Miriam, presented about King Sejong and why, as well as how, he went about creating the language of Korean into what it is today!
